What This Tool Does

This tool creates a brand-new ZIP file from files you choose. You can upload several files at once or select an entire folder from your computer, and everything is packaged into one ZIP archive you can download and share as a single item.

When you select a whole folder, the folder layout is preserved inside the ZIP, which keeps projects, photo sets and document bundles neatly organized when someone else opens the archive.

How It Works

Each uploaded file is streamed into a fresh ZIP archive on the server with standard DEFLATE compression. When the archive is complete it is reopened to count the entries, and only a verified ZIP produces a download link.

Step by Step

  1. 1

Drop one or more files, or click Browse and pick a full folder.

  2. 2

Choose an archive name and a compression level if you like.

  3. 3

    Click Create ZIP.

  4. 4

    Download your new ZIP.

Limits and Fair Use

  • Any file type is accepted; the content does not need to be an archive.
  • Upload size and entry count are capped by the platform safety envelope.
  • Duplicate file names inside the ZIP are resolved with a numeric suffix so nothing is lost.

Troubleshooting

  • Empty files are skipped by the packer; a note is shown if nothing was added.
  • If the upload is too large, reduce the number of files or retry with fewer items.
  • Folder selection works best in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on desktop.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload a whole folder?
Yes. When you browse, pick any folder and its whole tree is uploaded with the folder layout preserved in the ZIP.
What happens if two files share a name?
Later duplicates get a numeric suffix such as file(2).txt so both are kept.
Do you support large files?
Yes, files up to the platform upload limit are streamed into the archive without loading them fully into memory.
Is the ZIP valid on all devices?
It is a standard ZIP using DEFLATE, readable everywhere.
Does this tool ever call an external service?
No. The archive is built on this platform and deleted after download.
